Phase 1 – Programming
The exact specification and precise measurements for the required product are entered into the computer.
Phase 2 – Loading
The steel tube is positioned into the machine ready for the bending process to begin.
Phase 3 – Bending
The machine then bends the steel tube into the required shape automatically, following the specifications entered into the computer.
Phase 4 – Completion
When the process is complete, the finished product is removed from the machine and is ready to move to the next phase of production.
