Smoking Regulations for the UK and how your workplace can comply with the law
10 years ago on the 1st July 2007, the UK saw a new law, the smoking Ban which made it illegal to smoke in public places including areas such as offices, factories, pubs and restaurants. This ban was put into place by the government to reduce passive smoking and protect individuals in public places and the workplace from second-hand smoke.
How to comply with the law:

- Large wall mounted smoking shelter ideal for providing a designated area for up to 8 smokers
- Simply bolts to the wall (fixings not included) with supporting legs bolted to the floor (parabolts included). Parabolts must be bolted to 250mm thick concrete for stability
- Greater than 50% open for smoke
- Translucent polycarbonate roof provides up to 97% UV protection

- Robust all-weather steel construction with more than 50% open area to allow rapid dispersal of cigarette fumes.

- Available sides and back perspex or perspex sides with heavy-duty steel back
