Meet the team – Let’s get to know the team at QMP a little more, and in this edition we introduce you to Aaron Ashton, Production Manager for Assembly.

Production Manager for Assembly

Aaron started working for QMP back in 2010.

He has worked in a variety of different roles since joining QMP 12 years ago. Aaron worked as an Installation Engineer, before being promoted into the roles of both Team Leader and Production Supervisor. He is now the Production Manager of the Assembly area.
Aarons’s current role includes resource and employee management, answering chasers on product orders and liaising with senior management regarding general day to day activities.

Outside of work Aaron enjoys keeping fit, wild camping, good food and spending time with his daughter Lily.
Aaron has been taking part in combat sports for over 10 years. When he was 21, Aaron competed in two cage fights and then following a long time off started boxing in February of this year and had his first fight in May.
