MECHANICAL
COMBINATION

The simple and effective combination lock uses a 4 digit code to access the locker. These locks offer a convenient way to eliminate the need for keys in offices and locker rooms while allowing for secure access for users.

PROS
  • No need for keys or padlocks which could be lost.
  • An emergency override key allows access in the case of a forgotten code.
CONS
  • Codes can be forgotten and staff members may not always be available with a master key.

DIGITAL KEYPAD

An effective keyless locking option, similar to the mechanical combination lock with a 4 digit code. Allows the user to programme in a simple code for their own locker.

PROS
  • The user-friendly lock removes the need for a key.
  • Battery operated so allows for frequent use.
  • No need for a master key. A master code allows access to the lockers without the users code.
CONS
  • Over time the batteries will need to be replaced.
  • Codes can be forgotten by the user.

swivel latch and combination padlock

SWIVEL LATCH &
COMBINATION
PADLOCK

The Swivel Latch can be purchased with or without the combination padlock, and are ideal for lockers that have multiple users. A great cost effective option for any workplace.

PROS
  • Padlock is easy to use.
  • Padlocks do not have to be provided as users may bring their own, reducing the overall cost of the lockers.
CONS
  • This option may not look as visually appealing and uniform in a public space if users are bringing their own padlocks.

cam lock

CAM LOCK /
MOISTURE RESISTANT CAM LOCK

The most common and easiest lock to use. A simple key opens the locker and is fitted to all of our lockers as the standard option.
We also provide a moisture resistant cam lock which is suitable for damp environments such as changing rooms.

PROS
  • Simple, cost-effective and easy to use.
  • The small lock size makes it perfect to use on lockers that feature small panels.
  • 2 keys are provided with cam locks in case the keys are lost and can be accessed easily by a master key.
CONS
  • Keys can be very easily misplaced.
  • Cam locks may be less secure than some other more durable options such as combination or digital locks.
  • May require more admin for staff with issuing keys, replacement keys and holding master keys.

POUND COIN
RETURN & RETAIN LOCKS

The Coin Return lock returns the coin to the user when the locker is opened. The Retain lock stores the coin after use, producing a source of revenue.

PROS
  • Income can be generated by the Retain locks.
  • No need for keys or codes.
  • Lockers can be used by multiple users so are perfect for busy areas and public spaces.
CONS
  • More restrictive in use. The lockers will only lock with a coin so would be impractical for many environments such as offices.
  • Users can take a locker for the price of a coin, and reserve it indefinitely, preventing any more use or income.
